Coaching itself is a creative process.

In coaching, we create a space that is safe and generative, where you can:

I offer coaching in-person in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington, New Zealand, and online.

Sessions are usually 1 hour.

What to expect

My coaching approach is grounded in creativity and informed by experience in leadership across the public, private and non-profit sectors, as well as my own creative practice.

Each coaching relationship is unique and built in service of your goals and aspirations.

We meet wherever you’re at, and together we explore the creative power we all have to imagine and build the future we want to see for ourselves and our teams, organisations and communities.

One of the great things about coaching with creativity is that we also have fun — because creative intelligence starts in play.

We lower the stakes and create space to experiment, challenge and explore who you are and what you are here to do.

I am committed to professional supervision and ongoing learning and development in my coaching practice.  I’m also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and follow the Global Code of Ethics.
