1:1 leadership and professional coaching

Coaching is an opportunity to reflect, clarify, process, explore, test, visualise, strategise — all the good stuff — around the things that matter most to you.

As a coach, I support you to tap into your own resources and creativity, build clarity and confidence, and find more freedom and potential at work.

Coaching itself is a creative process.

In coaching, we create a space that feels safe and generative, where you can:

  • connect with and strengthen your sense of purpose and identity

  • define and work toward your vision of excellence at work and in life

  • develop your leadership practice and build thriving teams

  • lower the stakes and create space to explore your ideas

  • work compassionately with yourself to build trust and energy

  • navigate difficult decisions, blocks and periods of change, growth or transition

  • learn to communicate with greater clarity and ease

How it works

Coaching is in-person in Te-Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington, New Zealand, or online.

Sessions are usually 1 hour.

I offer casual sessions and coaching packages. Pricing depends on whether you’re a corporate, self-funded individual or community organisation.

I also offer a free introductory call, so we can meet, talk through questions, learn more or book in a session.
