Welcome to the launch of Renaissance Lab, alongside a refreshed coaching offering and studio portal.

I’m so excited to welcome you in!

Renaissance Lab is on a mission to spread creative aliveness at work.

It’s an idea I’ve been exploring for over a decade - first as a burned out lawyer in need of my own creative recovery, and then in my coaching and leadership practice. Now it’s time to crack it open even wider.

If you’re reading this, then you’re in on the ground floor. Thank you for being here.

My intention is that Renaissance Lab is a playground for ideas. I’ll be doodling and musing, trying things out and testing ideas as it grows. I hope you’ll be able to do the same through our events, workshops, coaching programmes and resources, and with the people you meet along the way.

It’s a playground that everyone’s invited to. You don’t have to be a ‘creative’ or working in a creative role. At Renaissance Lab, creativity is for everyone - even if you feel wholly uncreative right now.

I’m interested in how we can bring our creativity to life, wherever we find ourselves.
